We are Haldu Groep, a temporary job agency specialized in staff for construction, engineering and automotive. We are looking for a junior recruiter who is just starting in this field of work. Preferably you come from the border area between Hungary and Romania, you speak both languages and you have been living in the Netherlands for some time.

You are always looking for the best candidates for our clients. Through your experience you have a good network of people who can help you do your job. Together with your colleagues you're responsible for the total recruitment and you keep in touch with candidates, contribute to the development and improvement of internal procedures, systems and databases.

Reikalavimai

You have some experience as a recruiter and you're willing to learn the job.
Preferably you have some knowledge of the construction sector.
You speak both Romanian and Hungarian and preferably Dutch.
You live in the Nijmegen area.

Carry out recruiting services.
Profile people.
Recruit employees.
Interview people.
Maintain relationship with potential employees.
Communicate by telephone and e-mail.
