We're on the lookout for an experienced recruitment consultant or junior recruitment consultant industrial and driving to join our team and develop our driving business. Work place it's going to be based in Leicester 3 however we have a branches in Leicester, Coventry, Northampton and with plans to open more branches in the Midlands and across the UK this year and next, we can offer you career progression unlike any other agency. You'll also be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary, commission structure and benefits.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced consultant to join a hugely successful recruitment agency running an established desk. Staffing Match is a corporate agency with a family feel.

Key Duties:

• Account management
• Building relationships
• Providing clients and candidates with an excellent support service
• Out of hours on call as required on a shared rota
• Candidate management. Source, screen, interview and evaluate
• Payroll (training will be provided)

Person Specification:

• A proven track record in Recruitment
• Target driven
• Articulate and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Happy to work Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 plus on call
